Publication Charges Policy
The SCID Journal of Artificial Intelligence (SJAI) is a fully open-access journal. To cover the costs associated with editorial management, peer review, copyediting, typesetting, DOI registration, web hosting, and digital archiving, a Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied to all accepted articles.

Note: Charges apply only after the manuscript is accepted for publication following the peer review process. There is no fee for submission or peer review.

- Double-blind peer review management
- Plagiarism and technical checks
- DOI registration via CrossRef
- Professional copyediting and layout
- Article hosting and indexing
- Long-term archiving and preservation
Waiver & Discount Policy
SJAI may offer partial or full APC waivers in the following cases:
- Authors from low-income countries (as per World Bank classification)
- Students or early-career researchers without funding
- Invited papers for special issues
Requests must be submitted at the time of submission, with a formal justification. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and subject to editorial board approval.

Refund Policy
APCs are non-refundable once the article is published, unless the publication is withdrawn due to an editorial error or misconduct identified post-publication.
