Copyright Policy

The SCID Journal of Artificial Intelligence (SJAI) respects and promotes authors’ rights while supporting global open access to scholarly research. All content published in SJAI is protected under copyright and shared under a transparent, author-retaining model.

Author Retention of Rights

Authors retain the copyright of their published work without restrictions. By submitting and publishing with SJAI, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive license to:

  • Publish the article online
  • Distribute, archive, and index the article
  • Promote the article through various platforms

License to Publish

All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Under this license, anyone can read, copy, distribute, remix, transform, and build upon the work for any purpose, even commercially. Proper attribution must be given to the original author(s) and the journal.

Author Responsibilities

Authors must ensure their work does not infringe on any existing copyrights. If copyrighted third-party content (e.g., images, tables, or graphs) is included, proper permission must be obtained and cited.

Journal’s Rights

SJAI holds the right to host the article on its website and in associated indexing repositories, archive the article for long-term preservation, and maintain citation records and metadata in publishing databases

Reuse and Redistribution

Anyone may download and reuse the article content freely and translate or adapt the content for different use as long as the original work is clearly cited, no misleading use or misrepresentation occurs and any changes made are indicated.
